Greenleaf Equity, LLC is a company formed in 2011 to help the financial needs of small business owners.
Overview:
The members with their extensive background in business development, mortgage banking, note purchasing, real estate acquisition and management created Greenleaf in 2011 to help small entrepreneurs realize their dreams of business ownership. Creating actionable, realistic and practical goals and solutions is their mission.
The Members:
Dr. Sandi Jones, Member. Dr. Jones has been actively involved in real estate investments since 1998. She works closely with small business owners to help them find the best financial solution for their needs as well as help them to create a viable business plan for their financial future.
Dr. Jones has a strong entrepreneurial background, having operated her own chiropractic clinic for the past 17 years. She has a background as the manager of the loan processing department for a mortgage banking company and was actively servicing loans for FannieMae. She is an expert in market analysis, cash flow, and budget analysis.
Kellie Jones, Member. Ms. Jones has been actively involved in real estate investments since 1986. She has experience in repositioning non-performing assets and solution finding for small business owners:
• Due diligence in overseeing property inspections and appraisals
• Evaluations, recommendations for property maintenance.
• Financial planning and management.
Ms. Jones managed the loan servicing for a mortgage banking company for over 10 years, managing a portfolio of approximately 5000 loans specializing in distressed assets, workouts and foreclosures.
